X-clamps by Levi Peterson are used to tighten and clamp two circular pipes. With a very high and even clamping force at amoderate tightening torque the X-clamp gives a superior
sealing performance. By selecting from approved materials and a validated design the X-clamp by Levi Peterson can operate reliably and safely under
conditions of temperature variation, vibration and high stress.
The standard X-clamps by Levi Peterson feature a stainless steel band and standard surface treated carbon steel
fasteners. Other non-standardmaterials can be designed and manufactured to meet your specific application
requirements. The joint can also feature a gasket depending on the sealing requirements.
X-clamps by Levi Peterson are normally used on pipe to pipe assemblies such as motorcycle and automotive
exhaust systems, tailpipes and industrial tubing systems.
